Empire Deluxe Macintosh problems fixed with v1.1 patch.

1) All Play By Mail (PBM) problems have been fixed.

2) The survey mode has been updated so that you can single click to
   move the survey marker, double click to bring up unit information, or
   click hold tell dotted line surrounds the unit and drag for move-to.

3) Fixed a problem with playing in black & white on a color system.

4) Fixed a problem with the game crashing under system 6.07 or 6.08.

5) Made most of the windows center on the screen as they should under
   system 6.0x

6) Changed all <option> keys to <command> keys. (more Mac like)

7) New key: <command>-M brings up send message.

There were some minor other fixes but I don't have a list of them.

Also when you install this patch it will delete your old preference
file and when you run the game a new one will be made. Yes we know
this will delete all your Player History, but it was the only way to
fix some of the problems.
